As a former senior trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, Lisa worked tirelessly to vindicate the rights of workers who experienced discrimination and retaliation in the workplace. In addition to securing numerous settlements that brought substantial relief to workers and required important corporate policy changes, Lisa conducted public outreach to both empower workers and prevent employers from engaging in discrimination. Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in employment and civil rights law to the firm and is well equipped to protect civil servants’ rights during this challenging time.
Lisa has dedicated her career to protecting workers’ rights. In addition to her work at DOJ, she has litigated employment discrimination cases at a boutique law firm and handled civil rights matters at two other federal agencies. Her private sector and federal government experience give her an invaluable perspective on employment litigation, and ALG is ready to put her skills to work for our clients.
