Yasmin Khodaei, Associate, represents federal and private sector employees in discrimination and retaliation matters. 

While in law school, Ms. Khodaei participated in the University of North Carolina Law’s Domestic and Sexual Violence Clinic, where she represented survivors of domestic abuse through all phases of litigation. She also held various internships, including at the Office of the Governor of North Carolina and Planned Parenthood, and served as a board member of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology.

Ms. Khodaei is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association (MWELA). 

In her free time, Ms. Khodaei enjoys gardening, completing puzzles, and museum-hopping.
